1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the okeplay platform at okeplay.vu and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the okeplay platform — including visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of okeplay after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

Each person may hold only one registered account at okeplay. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If you are found to have registered more than one account, okeplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or completed transactions.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age or identity — is a material breach of these terms.

• Account registration requires OTP verification via your registered mobile number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify okeplay immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before withdrawal requests are processed. You may be asked to provide valid government-issued ID and proof of address.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at okeplay are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported deposit methods include local Philippine bank transfer, online and mobile banking, and select Philippine e-wallet services. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposits are credited to your okeplay account balance once the transaction is confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. okeplay does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso. To submit a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are sent to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your okeplay account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and by your VIP tier. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing. Platinum members receive the fastest processing available. General timelines are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of request.

• okeplay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

okeplay may offer bonuses, cashback, free spins, or other promotional rewards to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, timeframes, and any wagering requirements — which are stated at the point the offer is presented to you.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they are available for withdrawal. These requirements will be clearly communicated when the bonus is offered.

okeplay does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the okeplay platform — including slots, live casino table games, and sports betting — operate under their own specific game rules. The rules for each game are accessible within the game itself or in the relevant section of the platform.

Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino outcomes are determined by real-time gameplay with live dealers. Sports betting results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant sporting event.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, okeplay reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okeplay platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of automated tools, bots, or exploits.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using another person's payment method or funds without their knowledge and explicit consent.
• Accessing okeplay from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law.

okeplay actively monitors for suspicious activity and cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

okeplay reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• At the account holder's own request — for example, as part of a self-exclusion request.

If your account is closed due to a breach, any balance remaining may be held pending investigation. If your account is closed at your own request, your remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

10 Responsible Gaming
